Terms of Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Afterproof for your own business or personal purposes. You may not resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app.

• Make sure you have the right to photograph the places, property and people you capture.
• Follow the laws that apply to you, including privacy and consumer laws.
• Keep the information in your reports and invoices accurate.
• Do not use Afterproof to falsify locations, times or documentation. This is strictly prohibited.

Photos, reports, invoices and other content you create belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, such as syncing and generating documents.

Afterproof is free to start with limits. Afterproof Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before they end. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

GPS and time stamps depend on your device and conditions. Afterproof helps you document work, but we do not guarantee that any report will be accepted by a landlord, agent, deposit scheme, insurer or court.

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important documents.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Afterproof in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

You can stop using Afterproof and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact: [email protected].
