What to include in a cleaning report
- Where and when: the property address and the date and time of the clean.
- The job: type of clean (regular, deep, end of tenancy, Airbnb turnover) and the property size.
- Areas cleaned: each room or area, with short notes.
- Issues: anything pre-existing or that couldn't be fixed — damage, worn carpet, permanent stains.
- Photos: before and after for each area, from the same angle, with the date and time visible.
- Sign-off: your name, company and signature.
Why photos matter most
