A checklist keeps every clean consistent: nothing gets missed, the client knows what to expect, and you can show exactly what was done. Use the regular list for weekly or fortnightly visits and add the deep clean tasks for a first visit, a spring clean or a move.

Show the client what you did
A ticked checklist tells the client what you did; before & after photos show it. Photograph the kitchen, bathrooms and anything that was especially dirty, then send them with the checklist when you finish.
